Why the water volume changes the units

The dry tirzepatide is a fixed mass; it does not change when you add water. What changes is how that mass is spread through the liquid. More water means a lower concentration, so the same 7.5 mg occupies more mL and more units. Less water means a higher concentration, fewer mL, fewer units.
